I get a lot of questions about skin care, so I wanted to start sharing more skin care products with you all. If you aren’t following me on Instagram, you should, as I am going to start a #skincaresunday post on Sundays. I love trying new products, so I am excited to be able to share things with you all from time to time. Here are some things I am loving right now.
I have not always been into facial sprays, as they can be pricey, but I ordered this one a while back and used it for a while and then for some reason stopped using it. I pulled it out again a couple of weeks ago and can’t figure out why I stopped using it as I am now using it daily. I use it as a makeup setting spray, a facial refresher, and also in between makeup layers if my makeup starts to look too powdery. I also recently started spraying it in my hair to help with frizz. It “reactives” the hair product I already have in my hair to smooth it back out. It doesn’t hurt that it is so affordable and smells so yummy! Just a heads up, I wouldn’t say this extends the longevity of my makeup, which I am fine with. I love that it gives my overall look a blended naturally dewy look. I’d definitely check it out if you’ve been wanting to try a facial mist, but didn’t want to pay a fortune for one.
Now, this product caught me completely by surprise. LabGrab did sent me this product, along with another facial serum, but this one has very quickly become a major favorite. It is a Glycolic Gel, basically a mask. You spread it on your clean face, leave it on for about 10 minutes and then rinse it off. I was shocked, after the FIRST use, my skin looked amazing. It exfoliates and brightens the skin, but in a very gentle way and without any physical scrubbing. After I tried this and fell in love, I became very curious about the company, so I did a little research. They are a USA company and cruelty free. They also don’t include fillers and all that extra stuff in their products. I was just really impressed with their whole company philosophy, so I recommend checking them out. Their line is small, because they focus on quality over quantity, which I happen to love. You can check out their site here and buy their products here.
I picked up this Essence during one of my recently skin care shopping trips, and I am so glad that I did. I was very hesitant to try it, because it is on the pricey side and it wasn’t going to replace any of my current skin care products. However, after seeing many positive reviews, I decided to pick up this set. It came with the 2.5oz essence, their facial treatment mask and a deluxe sample of their toner. I’ve been using it ever since and I love it. It falls in line after your toner, but before your serum and other skin care. It feels like it just boosts the overall effectiveness of my current skin care. I have been very happy with my current skin care routine for a while, but after adding this I do notice a difference. It’s like the cherry on top, but before all the skincare…lol. If you were on the fence on ordering this, I’d check out this set.
If you haven’t seen my full skin care routine, check it out here. Have you tried any of these products, let me know below! As always, thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great day!
