5 Habits of People with Great Skin
Hey guys! I hope y’all are having a great week. Today I wanted to chat about skincare. I am an admitted skincare junkie. Taking care of your skin is so important. So, today I wanted to share some of favorite skincare tips! Here are 5 skincare habits for great skin.
Wash Your Face Before Bed
I feel like this is an oldie but still a goodie and a major must. Skin repairs itself at night so if you aren’t washing off all the gunk from the day or makeup your skin cannot do that.
Have a Skincare Routine
Skincare routines don’t have to be extensive, even just a cleanse and moisturize is better than nothing. What’s important is you have a routine that you do daily. Find what your skin needs and what works for you and make it a daily ritual.
Picking almost always makes the problem worse. Treat the problem instead of picking at it. Dealing with something for a day or two is much better than having a scar for the rest of your life.
Wear Sunscreen EVERY Day
I feel like I am constantly saying this. Even if you just run out for a minute, put sunscreen on. They have powder sunscreens that I keep in my car. Add it on throughout the day. Do not walk out your front door without puttting sunscreen on whether you are wearing makeup or not. I will link some of my favorites at the end of this post.
Drink Plenty of Water
This is the one I personally need to work on. Drinking water nourishes and moisturizes your skin from within. If you are dry and dehydrated inside even the best skincare can’t fix that. Get those glasses in. I am working on finding an app to help remind me to drink water. Anything that will help. Just drink plenty of water.
