If you’ve been following me for a while you know I’ve always struggled with my under eye area. I have dry under eyes and eyelids so naturally I also struggle when it comes to concealers. I’ve been wanting to try the famous Cle de Peau concealer after all my friends kept talking about how amazing it was. I will admit, I was a little worried about the price tag at first, so I hesitated. The glowing reviews were popping up everywhere so I decided to take the plunge. I decided to order the concealer and the radiant corrector from Nordstrom. They’ve become my online go to for beauty. I love that they offer free shipping and hassle free returns.
So, according to reviews it covers like a dream but still looks natural. Can it be true?!
It’s true y’all, this stuff is amazing. I am glad that I ordered both formulas though. The cult favorite concealer has amazing coverage but dries down to a natural finish. If you are dry in the eye area like me, make sure to apply an eye cream first and set lightly with powder. It’s a thick heavy coverage, but the finish is amazing. Oh, and did I mention it has spf 25. I love that it has that extra protection. If you prefer a lighter concealer or more of a brightening effect, the radiant corrector might be for you. This one is great for those no makeup makeup looks or for days you just want a little something under the eyes and nothing else. It’s illuminating and more hydrating than the cult classic while still offering amazing buildable coverage.
So, I guess it’s safe to say that I love both formulas. I honestly couldn’t decide which one I prefer. It really just depends on the day and the makeup look I am going for. The concealer is perfect when you want a full face of makeup or heavier coverage and the radiant corrector is great for every day coverage. I even sometimes layer them both when I want coverage and brightening at the same time. I am so excited to try more Cle de Peau Beaute products. I will link some of the items on my wishlist down below.
Thank you to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post. All products were selected and purchased on my own.
