5 Makeup Must Haves

Makeup lover here, who else?! Even though I stick to my natural makeup, I love finding new makeup favorites. So, I thought I’d share 5 makeup must haves with y’all today. Let’s pretend I could only take 5 makeup items with me on a dessert island, it would be this 5….haha.

5 Makeup Must Haves

La Mer Foundation

1 – My ALL TIME FAVORITE foundation y’all. It’s a splurge but it’s worth every penny. I love the coverage and the finish. It’s buildable so it can be a light to medium coverage. You can still see your skin which is what I prefer when it comes to any everyday foundation. It also pumps out exactly the right amount so I don’t feel like I waste any of it and honestly the face that it has a pump adds a few extra points. It should be mandatory for all foundations to come with a pump, am I right?!

BK Beauty Foundation Brush

2 – Speaking of foundation, this is my go to foundation brush. That’s saying a lot too since I’ve been a beauty blender girl for years. It’s the perfect size and density to give the perfect airbrush finish. AND, I have a coupon code for y’all. Use AMANDA10 site-wide to save! I honestly love all their brushes, they are the best quality and so beautiful.

Charlotte Tilbury Genius Magic Powder

3 – My skin doesn’t like powder, it just soaks it right up and this one is somehow….magic…lol. It’s almost hydrating. I can even use it under my eyes…y’all that’s HUGE!!! If you struggle with powder, give this one a try. It’s the best powder I’ve every used and I love that packaging. it closes shut making it perfect for travel…I mean….magic!!!

Camel Eyeshadow Palette

4 – I get asked all the time about eyeshadow and what I wear. I tend to stick to the same color range and finish, I am a natural makeup kind of gal. BUT, if I could only choose ONE palette, it would be this one. It’s the perfect shade, the formula is amazing and the size is great. This is my go to for travel as well.

Clé De Peau Concealer

5 – Another splurge worthy product y’all. This concealer. It’s a fairly new product for me, but I fell hard. I sometimes just wear this with no foundation when I am not in the mood for makeup. The formula is amazing. I’ve never tried anything comparable. It’s thick and creamy and covers everything. It can get a little cakey under the eye area but if I use an eye cream first it is amazing. I love it for just a touch of coverage on my cheeks and nothing else on the skin. It looks so natural but covers my redness.
